Feral HQ is a team of fearless problem-solvers and straight-talkers—the perfect antidote to the chaos of running an SME.
When our founder, Taylor Moss, was made redundant during the pandemic, she didn’t crumble—she recalibrated. Despite having a very young family to care for (1-year-old twins and a newborn), she decided to go it alone and play to her strengths. Feral HQ was established to help SMEs make sense of their admin, finances, and business operations.
Today, we’re proud to be a team of self-titled “chaos coordinators” trusted by clients in the construction sector and beyond. From day one, we’ve been driven by the belief that every business deserves to feel less wild and more focused.

Meet Taylor: a born problem solver and ‘do-er’. With years of hands-on experience in medium and large construction businesses, she’s seen it all—and fixed it all. If there’s a way to streamline a process or automate the boring stuff, she’ll find it.
Outside of work, Taylor is devoted to her young family. Having four kids (three in primary school) is enough to rival the toughest work challenge – the school run makes VAT look like a doddle!
You can trust Taylor to cut through the noise and tell it like it is, with a friendly smile and a knack for making even the toughest challenges feel manageable.
